You can correct a read yourself: open the item in your stash and click the line that is wrong to retype it. If the same kind of item keeps coming back wrong, tell us anyway. Say what the item is and what it read instead, and it helps fix it for everyone.

Your balance, and every credit added or spent, is on your account page. If you paid and the credits never arrived, say roughly when and which pack, and it will be put right.

Forgotten your password? Reset it here. Verification email not turning up? Check your spam folder, then sign in and press Send the link again.

The setup steps are in the guide. If it still isn't working, say what you pressed and what happened instead.

You don't need to ask. Sign in and it's at the bottom of your account page: it asks for your password, then deletes everything straight away. Forgotten your password? Reset it first.

Along with your message we send which browser you're using and, if you're signed in, your account's email and credit balance, so nobody has to ask.
